This project at a new home included a full landscape design & installation, finished with new grass lawns & sprinkler system.
Front Yard
Half circle concrete sidewalk at front door.
Retaining Wall of cut to size amour stone for the existing front porch garden and 2 large amour stone pieces within a new front lawn garden.
Side Yard @ Gate
French Drain for water management between two houses capped with concrete walkway to garage man door & continuing to the street capped with grass.
2 service areas by the gate to the backyard – 1 tumbled stone & 1 brick.
Side Yard Between Houses
French Drain for water management between two houses capped with brick for use as additional service area.
Back Yard
Concrete 20 x 20 foot patio installation incorporated a large piece of amour stone used as a retaining wall at the corner of the existing deck with cut to size amour stone completing the line along the back of the house, creating a flower bed.
On the back side of the concrete patio, cut to size amour stone retaining edge to accommodate a grade drop to the new vegetable garden.
Additional cut amour stone was installed along the side & back fence to level the grade and provide drainage for a new flower garden and construct a new pond with waterfall.
Rain barrel installed with French Drain capped with grass to handle the overflow.
Back Yard Deck
Louvres were installed on the existing deck rail to provide privacy, shade & wind protection.
A sun shade with wood header installed for shade. The deck was pressure washed & painted.
