This project at a 40 year old home included the design and installation of 2 walkways, French Drains capped with river stone for water management between houses and an armor stone retaining wall, finished with new grass lawns & sprinkler system.
One section of French Drain between two houses & a second section to the street beside a new armour stone retaining wall for an existing garden. A tumbled stone front yard walkway, new fence sections & gate to a back yard patio stone walkway with cedar hedging.
